Thank you.

Well it's been a while again.

Honestly I do not even want to recap what has been going on in my life since the last post. There has been a mixture of positive and negative events. I have decided to move forward and not look back.

Having said that, I am glad to say that I truly believe that the changes I have made in my sons life have truly benefited him in every way. Jamie has grown so much in the last month, I have changed the school he attends, I have taken the professionals advice in his treatment of his diagnosis of ADHD inattentiveness, and have found a sport he truly enjoys as well as I do. Jiu-jitsu has given Jamie self-confidence, and the self-control that he needs to succeed in life. I have learned from his jiu-jitsu lessons, as a parent. I know it has only been a little over a month for all these changes but I truly believe Jamie and I are heading down the right path. But that’s just it, we are heading down a path, on this path there are many crossroads ahead.

Having stated that now I am moving forward in my life. I have been struggling with decisions, choices etc... And have come to the realization tonight that I have to live for myself and for my son. I need to make decisions based on what is good for us, instead of worrying what others want me to do or will think of me because of the choices I make.

I am making a decision to go down a path that I have been searching for, for a while and during this journey I will truly see who is there for me, and who will support me.

It is thanksgiving weekend right now and I have so much to be thankful for. My son, my family, my friends have always been there for me and I look forward to many more years together.

This may seem like a vague blog entry right now, but I am just getting back into it!
