Ohh technology how I love it!

I am an iPhone girl, used to have a blackberry but made the switch and never looked back the only blackberry I like is the ones I put in my shakes! This being said there are so many apps out there on the iPhone... You need something, there’s and App for that! Scat!

Someone recently suggested an app to me that has ended up being my favorite app! My Fitness Pal is great it keeps track of everything. We all know that in weight loss and exercise they (whoever "they" is) suggest keeping a food diary. Well this app does just that it has an extensive list of foods and is easy to use. Not only do you keep track of what you eat but it also counts the calories for you....Awesome!

There is also a place to input your exercise as well and of course subtracts the calories you have burned...AWESOMER! It is a customized app that asks you a bunch of questions during the setup to help you maximize the benefits of the app. I love it!

· Shazam... Hmmm I wonder who sings this song? Wait a minute let me Shazam it...instant information with song title and artist

· Flixster... Great information about the movies playing at your selected theatre

· NHL Game Centre... Keeps my updated on the Senators games, updated information during the games

· Unblock me... A fun quick game of freeing the block

· Blogger... Quick access to my blog

· Royal Bank... Easy access to my everyday banking needs

For now these are probably my most used apps on my phone besides of course Facebook and twitter.

Oh and some of you have commented in person to me and you got the wrong impression out there... I DO like gold...white gold, platinum! I was obviously being silly when I said I like books more than gold. They aren't even in the same category...
